The Fellowship had an eventful and interesting 2014.
It started with a visit in April to Lisnagarvey High School to take part in an evening of archery.
In July the men received an invitation to compete in a golf competition at Galgorm Manor Golf Course where they were given a warm welcome with coffee and bacon butties provided prior to tee off. After the competition the day was rounded off with an excellent meal in the club house.
The next event hosted was in October when a sports quiz was arranged and presented by Stuart Elliott,a local footballer who played for Northern Ireland.
The final event of 2014 was a visit in November to the Lisburn council offices where a tour of the facilities was conducted followed by a presentation by Mayor Andrew Ewing on the workings of the council along with a brief history of Lisburn.
Following refreshments a donation was presented to the Mayor towards Marie Curie his nominated charity. The fellowship thanked the Mayor for an enjoyable evening and for the hospitality extended to those present.
